The Alaska Connection

Mike grew up in Alaska, also known as "the great land" and America's last frontier. Mike started his career at KTVA, the CBS Television network affiliate in Anchorage - it was the beginning of an award-winning career as a writer, producer, director that took Mike from Alaska to Hollywood, California where he became a Hollywood screenwriter.

Following his successful career in television and motion pictures, which included a regional Emmy award for videography, Mike turned his creativity to the world of marketing.

A Bright Light On The Horizon

"Then one day I saw a bright, exciting light on the horizon - it was the Internet" says Mike, "and I wanted to be part of it."

Mike created his first website without knowing anything about the Internet. "I created my first site to promote my Wedding Videography business. The site wasn't very good, in fact it was terrible" says Mike. "But I really wanted to be successful online, so I put together another website to sell DVD movie club memberships."

Success

Mike's second site actually made money. "One day my wife brought in the mail and told me I had just received my first affiliate check for selling memberships to the Disney Movie Club - I was elated and my wife and I did a silly dance to celebrate my victory - I knew I could make money online and I had proved it to myself."

My Discovery

While doing research online, Mike discovered an all-in-one online service. "I knew there was something special, something different about the service the moment I first discovered their website" says Mike. "The more I read, the more I became convinced that I could really achieve the online success I'd dreamed of with the help of this all-in-one program."
